About the role

• Experienced Product Owner leading the development of Cash Management products for large companies. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance product offerings at Banco Sofisa.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Cash Management products (payments, APIs, ERP/TMS integration, etc.);
• Identify improvement and innovation opportunities for products aimed at large accounts, aligning customer needs with the bank's strategic objectives;
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring a focus on value generation;
• Translate complex problems into clear, prioritized, and actionable requirements for technology teams;
• Manage the backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and track deliveries;
• Conduct discovery with clients, partners, and internal teams to capture and validate needs;
• Act as a bridge between business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations, ensuring feasible proposals that comply with regulations;
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and usage results, proposing continuous improvements;
• Lead product and feature launches, including testing, validation, and post-go-live monitoring;
• Ensure the best possible user experience in high-complexity, high-financial-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in financial institutions, fintechs, or related areas;
• Experience in Cash Management, corporate treasury, payments, collections, liquidity, or integration of financial systems;
• Experience with corporate/large-account clients, understanding the pain points and needs of high-volume, high-complexity operations;
• Track record of building products from scratch (ideation → discovery → build → launch → operation);
• Strong command of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban);
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
• Solid knowledge of technical integrations (APIs, file-based integrations, banking connectivity, ERPs);
• Hands-on, data-driven profile with strong problem-solving skills;
