About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads for JustPark in a dynamic sales environment. Engagement through various channels to showcase innovative parking solutions to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound outreach efforts
  • Develop and refine sales pitches and outreach strategies to optimize lead generation
  • Track and report on lead metrics, providing insights to improve team performance
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure a seamless flow of leads and support for campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Contribute to creating a positive and energetic work environment where the team feels motivated and valued
  • Adapt to the fast-paced, evolving landscape of a growing company and embrace new challenges
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and provide context about the prospect’s needs and interests
  • Participate in sales meetings to share insights on prospect feedback and refine the overall sales approach based on real-time data
  • Utilize social selling techniques to connect with potential clients, share valuable content, and enhance JustPark’s online presence
  • Develop sales scripts and refine effective call scripts and email templates to improve outreach efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Driven and hungry-to-learn, prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling preferred
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging prospects
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and outreach platforms
  • Technologically savvy and eager to learn about emerging sales technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
