Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts with football clubs, associations, and sports organizations
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with customers
Conduct product demos and workshops to clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of our software
Support customers throughout the entire contract term to maximize the value they get from the software
Work closely with our software developers to relay market feedback and continuously improve the platform
Visit customers and attend events to represent the company and expand our network
Requirements
You have initial experience in sales, ideally in software, IT, or sports technology
You are passionate about sports and can identify with the needs and challenges of our target audience
You can explain complex technical products in an understandable way and clearly demonstrate the value for the customer
You are comfortable approaching people and equally at ease with customer acquisition and long-term account management
Willingness to travel internationally, flexibility in working hours, and a Class B driver's license are required
Language skills: English is required; additional languages are a plus
