About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Manager for rapidly growing Legal Tech company building recruitment processes from scratch. Engaging closely with founders and leadership to optimize hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle for all roles, with a focus on Tech (Engineering, Data, AI), Product and GTM — from active sourcing to onboarding
  • Build the entire Talent Acquisition function — from strategy through processes and tooling to team development
  • Work closely with founders and leadership: develop hiring strategies, set priorities and support growth decisions
  • Implement scalable and structured hiring processes and a consistent, talent-focused interview practice across the company
  • Analyze and optimize recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, funnel leaks) and derive concrete measures
  • Workforce planning and forecasting aligned with the company roadmap, including prioritization and maintenance of a transparent hiring queue
  • State-of-the-art tooling: AI-assisted sourcing, automation and smart ATS solutions
  • Maintain a top-level candidate experience — fast, respectful and transparent
  • Drive employer branding through job ads, events, community engagement and outbound campaigns
  • Manage external recruiting partners and ensure cultural and quality fit

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with several years focused on Tech and GTM roles
  • Experience building or scaling recruiting functions in start-up or scale-up environments
  • Proven senior-level business partner role, closely aligned with leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in disciplinary team leadership
  • Hands-on mentality: pragmatic, fast and solution-oriented — from ATS configuration to running sourcing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of relevant candidate markets and a strong interest in AI and modern recruiting technologies
  • Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written (min. C1)
  • Initial leadership experience or Executive Search experience is a plus
  • Energy, drive and a desire to make recruiting smarter
