  • Account Executive responsible for managing the entire sales process of B2B software solutions. Collaborating with various teams to drive customer relationships and strategic sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the sales process
  • Conduct product demos
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams
  • Monitor market trends and develop new sales strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales of complex, consultative SaaS solutions to enterprise customers
  • Responsible for generating 50% of own sales pipeline
  • Strong affinity for complex technical solutions
  • Confident user of modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Professional-level German and English communication
