About the role

  • Customer Support Expert assisting users with financial software and solving client inquiries. Engaging in continuous professional development and contributing to teamwork in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in the area of financial accounting
  • You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document the reports in the ticketing system
  • You handle general customer inquiries and resolve them via remote diagnosis with guidance
  • For more complex issues, you gather all relevant data and information and prepare them for the next support level
  • You regularly take advantage of our training, further education, and certification offerings to continuously develop your skills

Requirements

  • You have vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or a tax-related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy contributing as a team player
  • You act in a customer-oriented and friendly manner and bring a strong service mindset
  • You demonstrate carefulness, commitment, and a willingness to learn
