About the role

  • Operations Manager role at JUFA Hotels managing F&B operations and hotel coordination. Ensuring high standards and smooth operations across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Operational coordination and management of all departments
  • Serving as Manager on Duty
  • Ensuring communication and information flow with internal and external interfaces
  • Supporting, challenging and developing the team
  • Optimizing and monitoring workflows across departments
  • Training, motivating and developing employees
  • Guest service and advising
  • Leading by example and providing hands-on support
  • Conducting inventories and managing stock
  • Ensuring and improving hygiene, order, safety and adherence to the JUFA quality standard
  • Further developing the offering in cooperation with management
  • Point of contact for personnel management

Requirements

  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Several years of professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy, preferably in F&B
  • Business knowledge and an analytical approach are an advantage
