- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Demonstrated accountability in driving results and managing competing priorities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving business needs.
- Interest in developing subject matter expertise in third-party gig operations and last-mile delivery.
