About the role

  • Manager of Operations overseeing project execution for Walmart's last-mile delivery ecosystem. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and develop scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end project plans, timelines, and deliverables for operational initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives from intake through implementation, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to analyze problems, align on solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate project status, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support process optimization, cost reduction, and scalability across third-party gig and delivery programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting accountability and operational rigor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • Experience managing multiple operational or strategic projects with strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Demonstrated accountability in driving results and managing competing priorities.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving business needs.
  • Interest in developing subject matter expertise in third-party gig operations and last-mile delivery.
  • Leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
