Responsibilities
- Unterstützung als Werkstudent:in im Projektmanagement, Reporting sowie in Planung & Budgetierung der Plan.Net Gruppe
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Einheiten der Serviceplan Gruppe
- Erstellung und Steuerung des Gruppenreportings mit Excel und PowerBI
- Interpretation von Reportings sowie Darstellung von Entwicklungen und Trends
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
Requirements
- Laufendes Studium, idealerweise im betriebswirtschaftlichen, medienwirtschaftlichen oder digitalen Bereich
- Ein scharfsinniger Verstand, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohes Energielevel, ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Humor zeichnen dich aus
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und den Tools aus dem MS Office-Paket sowie Freude an Zahlen und der Aufbereitung von Reports
- Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sind deine Stärke; erste praktische Erfahrung mit PowerBI ist von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Spaß an der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Strukturen gehören für dich dazu
- Ein Zeitkontingent von 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche sowie Interesse an einer längerfristigen Zusammenarbeit werden vorausgesetzt
