Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project health effectively.
Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and build consensus.
Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring project costs within a program.
Proficiency in agile methodology, project planning, and change management.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
