- Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
- Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project health effectively.
- Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and build consensus.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring project costs within a program.
- Proficiency in agile methodology, project planning, and change management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
