Responsibilities
Develop campaign narratives, messaging architectures and positioning that capture attention and drive conversions.
Write concise, persuasive and performance-oriented copy for ads, newsletters, landing pages and website headlines.
Ensure our tone of voice remains consistent, on-brand and recognizable across all formats.
Work closely with our Creative Content Designer to develop strong campaign concepts and cross-channel creatives.
Support CRM and lifecycle campaigns with activation-focused copy.
Collaborate with our localization experts to tailor messages to target audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
Mentor and develop our Junior Copywriter and establish quality standards, review processes and best practices.
Maintain and expand our Brand Language Manual, tone of voice guidelines and copy standards.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a marketing copywriter — preferably in the travel, lifestyle or e‑commerce sectors.
Excellent written German and very good English skills.
Experience in campaign storytelling, conversion copy and translating insights into clear messages.
A creative, collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail and a keen sense for linguistic quality and brand impact.
