About the role

  • Research & CRM Support Intern at Offstreet assisting Sales and Marketing teams with accurate CRM data. Engaged in hands-on tasks in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts (universities, private operators, and new markets) to understand organizational structure and technology landscape
  • Identify and source key contacts by role (e.g. Directors of Parking, Events Managers, Operations leaders)
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate company and contact records in HubSpot
  • Clean, standardize, and deduplicate CRM data (titles, personas, lifecycle stages, properties)
  • Maintain account-level context to support personalized outreach and ABM efforts
  • Build and manage targeted lists in HubSpot for marketing and outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on lead management, segmentation, and data needs
  • Flag data gaps, inconsistencies, or process issues that limit automation and scale
  • Follow documented research and CRM processes, and help improve them over time

Requirements

  • Are currently a student or recent graduate interested in business, marketing, data, or tech
  • Are detail-oriented and enjoy organizing information
  • Like researching companies, roles, and industries
  • Are comfortable working in systems like spreadsheets or databases (CRM experience is a bonus, not required)
  • Take initiative and follow through on tasks
  • Enjoy collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Are curious about how startups grow and scale
