About the role

  • Founding GTM Lead driving revenue and expanding community engagement in private investment markets. Work closely with VC & PE firms to establish and enhance relationships across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue in Priority Markets: Carry and hit a meaningful ARR target while building and converting relationships with VC and PE firms in the UK, Middle East and US.
  • Build & Curate our community: Deepen Odin’s presence through high-signal events, strategic partnerships and deliberate relationship-building.
  • Be the Commercial Face of Odin: trusted by senior partners, back-office teams and founders.
  • Launch New Markets: Establish Odin as a credible operator with a focus on excellent customer experience in priority geographies, including the US.
  • Close Lighthouse Customers: Personally win high-trust, high-signal accounts that compound reputation and drive further demand.
  • Feed Market Insight Internally: Translate ICP feedback into better positioning, better GTM and new product insights.

Requirements

  • A high-agency operator with strong commercial instincts and exceptional relationship judgement.
  • Comfort operating directly with senior partners, operators and capital allocators is essential.
  • Experience driving revenue in early-stage or scaling companies, with strong external presence and ecosystem exposure.
  • Experience working closely with funds, accelerators or portfolio companies, with direct responsibility for partnerships, growth or commercial outcomes.
  • Built and managed high-value partnerships that generated revenue and long-term strategic value.
  • Experience establishing credibility in new markets and turning relationships into repeat business.
  • A consistent performer who builds durable, trust-based relationships and closes complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
