About the role

  • Key Account Manager managing brands on VEEPEE Marketplace, contributing to business development efforts to increase seller presence. Reporting to Business Manager to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Business Manager, the Key Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the brands on BrandsPlace (VEEPEE Marketplace), ensuring the activation and performance of the assortment (analysis, improvement levers, and planning) in line with revenue targets and the expected level of service for the category.
  • They also contribute to category growth through business development activities aimed at increasing the number of sellers on BrandsPlace (prospecting, pitching, selling, and negotiating through to deal closure).

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within e-commerce, multi-brand retail, or marketplace environments.
  • Customer-service oriented and business-minded.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and adaptable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
