Responsibilities
- Research and identify cutting edge AI and IT technology to solve specific challenges
- Design advanced data analytics tools, AI and ML solutions to support Operations and Engineering
- Lead global projects and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop design automation tools and AI-driven solutions leveraging PLM data to accelerate engineering workflows
- Build strong expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes to identify, collect, and standardize high-value data across the product lifecycle
- Closely collaborate with team of Data Scientists and Engineers based in Chennai
- Support the digital transformation of the E-Systems team, deploy selected tools and the related IT infrastructure
- Maintain and grow academic partnerships in the field of AI, including research collaborations, student projects and internships
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, PhD would be advantageous
- More than 1 year of experience in similar positions, fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Interest for engineering and manufacturing processes
- Solid expertise in LLM, data analytics, database systems and AI application development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in global and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with well-developed logical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
