Responsibilities
Manage existing and new customers for Johnson Controls spare parts and service products
Prepare quotations, technical reports and sales forecasts
Conduct regular customer visits (approx. 70% field work, 30% office)
Analyze market potential and competitors and develop targeted sales strategies
Work closely with engineering, product management and sales teams
Maintain all sales activities in the CRM system (SFDC) and support contract closures
Participate in training and develop into an expert for our spare parts portfolio
Requirements
Initial professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the HVAC sector
Completed technical or business degree, or equivalent vocational training
Experience with NH3 systems or Sabroe systems desirable
Good English skills and strong IT affinity
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Structured and independent working style
Willingness to travel and enjoyment of field sales
