About the role

Responsibilities
- Support coordination, evaluation and further development of the existing quality and risk management across our association
- Organize and accompany related projects, both centrally and locally in our facilities
- Plan, organize and conduct internal and external audits
- Analyze quality indicators (external quality assurance, IQM, incidents), prepare and present results tailored to the target audience
- Implement and further develop our central document control and the central CIRS
- Collaborate with decentralized staff in quality and risk management, including planning and delivering joint events and workshops
- Advise our clinics on quality and risk management
Requirements
- Degree in a health-related field: medicine, nursing, health management or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, foundational vocational training in the healthcare sector
- Experience in quality and risk management is desirable
- Certification as an internal auditor and/or clinical risk manager is an advantage
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our facilities (approx. 20% of working time)
- Analytical mindset as well as a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working
- Excellent German language skills (native level or at least C2); English skills are an advantage
