Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day leadership activities: Work closely with the founding team, providing hands‑on assistance in daily operations and decision‑making processes.
- Prepare reports and analyses for data‑driven decisions: Assist in developing reports, perform data analysis, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic and tactical choices.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects: Actively participate in diverse projects, driving execution while contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Enhance internal operational excellence: Support and optimize operational workflows across core functions, including Finance, People, Operations, and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
- Available for a minimum duration of at least 5 months.
- Initial practical experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working‑student roles at high‑growth startups, fintechs, Big 4 firms, investment banking, etc.).
- Motivated to take on responsibility and proactively drive personal development.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands‑on mentality.
- Good judgment to know when “done” is better than “perfect” — and when the opposite applies.
- Curious and enjoy challenging the status quo.
