About the role

  • Lead subject matter expert efforts on Teradyne platforms and support Product Development process in Seoul, KR. Analyze trends for system reliability and provide customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to be recognized as a subject matter expert across Teradyne platforms
  • Collaborate in the Product Development process
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for system reliability improvement
  • Provide timely support to field organizations
  • Identify opportunities to use technology to improve customer support delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related engineering role
  • BS or MS in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer engineering
  • Expert Computer Skills
  • Design for Serviceability and Reliability
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
