Responsibilities
- Act as an internal service provider for global procurement of IT goods and IT services
- Manage and execute international procurement projects across all business units
- Plan and implement global procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Serve as the interface to internal demand requesters and stakeholders
- Participate in the standardization and continuous optimization of procurement processes and workflows
- Monitor, observe, and analyze trends in global procurement markets
- Review purchasing requirements to ensure compliance with budget control and cost efficiency
- Conduct cost comparisons and benchmarking analyses to support decision-making
- Lead and coordinate tendering and bidding processes globally
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure optimal value for the organization
- Ensure proper data management within procurement systems, maintain data accuracy, and drive reporting and analytics to support strategic decisions
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value improvement initiatives
- Manage global category and supplier portfolios and define corresponding strategies
- Prepare and conduct supplier evaluations and corrective action plans
- Monitor and control key procurement performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Experience in international procurement, ideally in IT goods and services
- Experience in contract negotiations and supplier performance management
- Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in an international environment
- Fluent in English; or additional languages are an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and SAP (Module MM)
