Responsibilities
Identify and map prospective customer accounts that align with Syntax's target market.
Conduct prospecting activities, including email outreach, phone calls, and LinkedIn contacts to engage potential clients.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Account Managers to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Partner with key stakeholders (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP) for joint prospecting efforts.
Perform market research to stay informed of relevant industry trends and news for target accounts.
Define and prioritize focus areas based on market trends (e.g., AI, projects, support).
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Prepare for and participate in sales and marketing events (e.g., tech trade shows, innovation days).
Identify key contacts for event invitations and facilitate their engagement.
Work with the marketing team to create and distribute relevant promotional materials.
Take part in lead qualification processes to improve the sales pipeline.
Provide support to pre-sales teams during complex sales cycles.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience with CRM software and lead management processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
