Responsibilities
Develop and own the marketing strategy for Germany and Austria
Lead and develop the marketing team and manage external agencies
Plan and own the marketing budget and ensure KPI-based management
Analyze the market, customers and competition, and identify growth opportunities
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure a consistent brand presence
Develop integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation
Own content and digital marketing (website, SEO/SEA, social media)
Plan and manage trade shows, events and conferences
Work closely with Sales, Service, Global Marketing and HR
Requirements
Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Several years of professional experience as a marketing specialist
Several years of leadership experience, ideally in matrix organizations and an international environment
Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
Strategic and analytical thinking with a structured working style
Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written.
