Responsibilities
Lead the annual fundraising events programme, delivering a portfolio of high ‑ quality in ‑ person and online events from concept and planning through to delivery and post ‑ event evaluation.
Oversee all event logistics, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments and contingency planning, ensuring delivery to agreed objectives and standards.
Coordinate and manage external suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact and providing clear, detailed briefs to ensure seamless execution.
Deliver outstanding supporter care throughout the event journey, from invitations and guest communications to post ‑ event follow ‑ up and impact reporting.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure events align with wider fundraising strategy and organisational objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience of successfully delivering multiple events concurrently
Demonstrable track record of driving event sales through face‑to‑face, telephone and email communications
Experience of generating income from events and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Proven ability to build, manage and sustain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
