Responsibilities
Support the implementation of TfL’s SHE strategy within business areas.
Coach and challenge teams to improve SHE performance.
Analyse performance trends and help business areas track progress.
Deliver tactical projects to enhance SHE performance.
Provide technical advice, best practice guidance, and learning support.
Assist with second-line assurance activities and supplier evaluations.
Promote SHE communications and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of SHE legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Understanding of engineering, operational, and business needs in safety-critical environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to interpret performance data and explain insights clearly.
Experience in SHE-focused environments, stakeholder engagement, and coaching.
