About the role

- Support the implementation of TfL’s SHE strategy within business areas.
- Coach and challenge teams to improve SHE performance.
- Analyse performance trends and help business areas track progress.
- Deliver tactical projects to enhance SHE performance.
- Provide technical advice, best practice guidance, and learning support.
- Assist with second-line assurance activities and supplier evaluations.
- Promote SHE communications and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SHE legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of engineering, operational, and business needs in safety-critical environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to interpret performance data and explain insights clearly.
- Experience in SHE-focused environments, stakeholder engagement, and coaching.
