About the role

  • Strategy & Execution Assistant Director in EY's corporate strategy function. Driving key strategic initiatives and collaborating with senior leadership for impactful decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex information into clear, structured workplans, summaries, and presentations
  • Use internal and external data and qualitative inputs to support insight generation
  • Facilitate collaboration, issue resolutions, and alignment between OSE and key stakeholders in our business units and functions
  • Leverage business knowledge and be an active contributor to project execution and stakeholder engagement
  • Help prepare materials and summaries for senior stakeholder communication
  • Manage the completion of strategic projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA (preferred, but not required)
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy in a large organization
  • Knowledge of strategy development frameworks and analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
