About the role
- Strategy & Execution Assistant Director in EY's corporate strategy function. Driving key strategic initiatives and collaborating with senior leadership for impactful decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex information into clear, structured workplans, summaries, and presentations
- Use internal and external data and qualitative inputs to support insight generation
- Facilitate collaboration, issue resolutions, and alignment between OSE and key stakeholders in our business units and functions
- Leverage business knowledge and be an active contributor to project execution and stakeholder engagement
- Help prepare materials and summaries for senior stakeholder communication
- Manage the completion of strategic projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA (preferred, but not required)
- At least 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy in a large organization
- Knowledge of strategy development frameworks and analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
