- Spending time on-site inspecting vessels, engaging with shipyards, and understanding real-world conditions.

- Strong knowledge of technical assurance, compliance, and maritime standards
- Skills in stakeholder engagement, planning, problem-solving, and contract management
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and suggest innovative solutions
