About the role

  • Member Engagement & Marketing Executive at Hampshire Fare responsible for social media content and event planning. Building relationships with members and supporting membership growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members through calls, visits, events, and regular communication
  • Support membership growth, onboarding, and retention
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content, primarily for Instagram and Facebook
  • Help plan and deliver major events such as Winchester Christmas Market, trade shows, the New Forest Show and other member events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and data
  • Act as a key point of contact for member queries, providing a friendly and proactive service
  • Represent Hampshire Fare at events and networking opportunities across the county

Requirements

  • Experience in a membership, marketing, hospitality, events, or customer-facing role
  • Confident, approachable, and genuinely enjoys working with people
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for visits and events
  • Desirable: Experience within food, drink, hospitality, or events
  • Desirable: Content creation skills (graphics, reels, stories)
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Hampshire’s local food, drink, and craft scene
