- You make initial contact with interested PLAN A participants and engage them.
- You conduct initial interviews and assign registered young adults to the appropriate support process.
- You provide tailored support to PLAN A participants, e.g., through career counselling, preparation of application documents, offering modules/workshops, or preparing them for apprenticeship fairs and application processes.
- You motivate registered young adults toward the idea of a self-determined professional future and support them in achieving it.

- You enjoy inspiring and motivating others, especially young adults searching for apprenticeships.
- You work in an organized manner and provide support and guidance to apprenticeship seekers.
- You communicate effectively and build a trusting, professional relationship with participants.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in career counselling — more importantly, you are willing to pursue personal development.
