Responsibilities
Coordinate X-ray source installations and act as a communication bridge between customers and our technical teams.
Handle service cases, coordinate technicians, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Manage orders for spare parts and consumables, including quotation handling and delivery tracking.
Follow up on outstanding payments in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
Manage local digital marketing initiatives such as WeChat content, campaigns, and customer engagement.
Requirements
A native or fluent Mandarin speaker with strong English proficiency.
Probably having a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
Familiar with tools such as CRM systems and WeChat Official Accounts.
Experience in digital marketing or B2B customer service is a big plus.
