About the role

  • Technical customer success specialist fluent in Mandarin for a high-tech company Excillum. Managing customer support for X-ray technology installations and local digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate X-ray source installations and act as a communication bridge between customers and our technical teams.
  • Handle service cases, coordinate technicians, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Manage orders for spare parts and consumables, including quotation handling and delivery tracking.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
  • Manage local digital marketing initiatives such as WeChat content, campaigns, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • A native or fluent Mandarin speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Probably having a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiar with tools such as CRM systems and WeChat Official Accounts.
  • Experience in digital marketing or B2B customer service is a big plus.
