  • Sales Specialist responsible for achieving sales goals and managing customer accounts in the healthcare sector. Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • The role of the job is to be responsible in achieving metrics given by the business unit, maintain and develop new accounts to drive growth.
  • This job would require calling on customers and working with a cross functional team to achieve business goals.
  • Assists in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives.
  • Assists in implementing market development and field marketing activities.
  • Makes regular visits and presentations to customers to gather information on orders and market conditions.
  • Maintain current customers by informing new data on product handled.
  • Develops new customer by product focused presentation.
  • Coordinates Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of Healthcare professionals.
  • Performs contract/tender management activities.
  • Targets and leads assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget.
  • Checks with logistics to ensure product availability.
  • Performs national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas.
  • Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assists in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management.
  • Prepares sales reports/documents as the need arises.
  • Relays relevant market information to management.
  • Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for large-capex advanced energy generator projects
  • Identify and qualify target accounts and buying stakeholders for Advanced Energy System (procurement, operations, finance).
  • Manage full sales cycle: discovery, needs assessment, proposals, ROI/total-cost-of-ownership modelling, negotiation, contract close.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (BU Head, Sales Lead, Sales Manager, service, legal, finance) for proposals, demos, and implementation planning.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and upsell service, consumables, and future projects.
  • Track forecasts, sales pipeline, and contribute to pricing strategy for competitive bids.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree or equivalent experience (Preferably in Sales and Marketing)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
  • Knowledge of assigned therapeutic area with the ability to interact with relevant KOLs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
