Go-to-Market Product Specialist supporting OLX in its transformation to a customer-led company. Focused on product launches, adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.
Responsibilities
Support product and feature launch strategies (Go To Market) from planning to post-launch analysis;
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams;
Create and adapt compelling communications tailored to specific target audiences and market needs;
Act as a driver for the adoption of product features, track and report launch adoption metrics;
Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral (presentations, one-pagers, FAQs);
Deliver training and enablement sessions for Sales, Customer Support, and other teams, acting as a product/feature specialist;
Bring local market insights (customer behavior, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements) into product development discussions;
Ensure seamless execution between central strategy and local market requirements;
Technical proficiency in working with online product specifications and conducting product testing.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Product, Marketing, or related GTM role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication (English required)
Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Analytical mindset
Automotive knowledge, working in the tech industry is a plus.
