Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) programs
  • Validate and improve facility management processes
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for facility operations
  • Coach and influence leadership through data-driven recommendations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-8 years of hands-on facility management experience
  • Direct experience with Amazon/JLL facility management operations strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of facility management processes validation and improvement
