About the role

  • Transformation Program Manager leading execution of strategic initiatives for JLL. Managing complex transformation programs to support JLL's Strategy 2030 and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic transformation programs aligned with JLL's Strategy 2030
  • Manage multiple concurrent transformation initiatives across the 3-5 strategic big bet portfolio
  • Coordinate cross-functional program teams spanning business lines (Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, REMS) and corporate functions
  • Drive program planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for complex enterprise initiatives
  • Ensure program alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures including steering committees and working groups
  • Develop comprehensive program charters, workplans, and milestone tracking mechanisms
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Manage program budgets and resource allocation to optimize ROI and business impact
  • Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to senior leadership with recommended solutions
  • Lead regular program reviews and executive reporting to C-suite and transformation leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Manage communication and change management activities to drive program adoption
  • Build and maintain relationships with business line leaders and functional heads
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners as needed
  • Develop and monitor program KPIs, success metrics, and milestone achievement
  • Track program ROI, cost savings, and business value delivery against committed targets
  • Conduct regular program health assessments and implement corrective actions
  • Capture and disseminate lessons learned and best practices across the transformation office
  • Support continuous improvement of program management methodologies and tools
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and external dependencies
  • Adapt program approach to meet dynamic business needs and changing priorities
  • Provide and receive mentoring and feedback to drive team effectiveness and program success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PMP, or advanced program management certification preferred
  • 5-8 years of program management experience with 3+ years leading complex transformation initiatives
  • Experience in professional services, real estate, or related industries preferred
  • Proven track record managing large-scale organizational change programs in global organizations
  • Expert proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities, particularly Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with program management software platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project)
  • Strong financial analysis and budget management capabilities
  • Knowledge of change management principles and implementation frameworks
  • Exceptional ability to influence and drive results through cross-functional matrix organizations
  • Strong executive presence with ability to communicate effectively to C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing virtual and hybrid teams
  • Experience managing competing priorities and stakeholder interests across business units.
