About the role

  • Performance Manager leading BI strategy and data governance at JLL. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop data insights and enhance operational performance in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to BI strategy development, integrate data governance standards, and request platform changes or solutions for client-facing BI dashboards as needed.
  • Validate and clean input data, ensure accuracy of assumptions, manage outliers appropriately, and collaborate with Operations teams to identify and resolve data issues at their root cause.
  • Work closely with client and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, support data analysis, identify outliers, and provide analytical insights that help communicate data-driven stories.
  • Partner with clients to identify analytical needs, guide solution recommendations, and ensure alignment between data capabilities and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with IFM and FM/ENG Directors to streamline KPI and SLA reporting processes, ensuring consistent performance monitoring and review cycles.
  • Support development and automation of quarterly and monthly reports including client business reviews, health & safety reports, and operational dashboards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate on developing new programs and enhancing existing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead comprehensive program management for multiple concurrent initiatives, including roadmap development, cross-functional coordination, governance framework establishment, performance monitoring, and leadership communication of outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 8+ years of Commercial (Corporate) Real Estate, IFM or Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated client relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and solution development
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project
