Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, oversight, and direction for a program with 60+ employees
- Leads portfolio growth of up to $100 million
- Serves as the Health Policy SME for value-based payment models
- Oversees staffing, recruitment, finances, and operations for the program
- Assists in business development and capture efforts
- Leads and supports proposals and staffing/pricing models
- Manages stakeholder communication and provides recommendations
- Provides expert guidance on key policy decisions
- Prepares budget and directs staffing
- Achieves operational objectives through strategic planning
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading large Healthcare portfolios at the federal level
- Supervisory experience
- Experience supporting and managing large contracts at CMS
- Background in Health Informatics
- Willingness to commute to Columbia, MD office at least 3 days/week
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
