Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of projects for assigned accounts by setting strategic direction, establishing clear standards, and overseeing execution from design through construction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a key client managing communication flow, coordinating consultants and internal teams, and aligning project delivery with client goals
- Support team development, maintain schedules and financial forecasts, and help build scalable program structures that ensure consistency, efficiency, and long‑term client success
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within the field of architecture, construction or real estate and a minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Program Management experience including staffing, planning, and people management, managing performance and profitability, financial planning, promoting process improvement and strategic planning
- Revit proficiency preferred
- Adept at dealing with complexity, analyzing information, conflict resolution and implementing company vision
- Highly analytical and organized

- Great negotiator and influencer
- Must have exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Preferred equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
