Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive operational support to our internal technician team by tracking performance metrics
Ensure compliance with programs and policies
Enhance service delivery for our clients
Review reports (mileage, missing receipts, timecards) and expenses (Amazon, p-card purchases) for accuracy and approval
Track and assist with onboarding and offboarding of personnel while serving as contact point for new hire candidates
Own programs and ordering for uniforms and tools, ensuring new hires have all needed resources
Create, analyze, and maintain spreadsheet reports to compile and track operational and financial data for facilities
Coordinate with the Communications team to create campaigns that align with account goals, culture, and client objectives
Update and own account SharePoint site to ensure proper documentation organization and information sharing across teams
Manage calendar and organize events for technical trade show recruiting, new store openings, store remodels, and team building events
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2+ years related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical ability and detail oriented mindset
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
