About the role
- Operations Coordinator enhancing service delivery for JLL's technician teams through performance tracking and compliance. Responsible for onboarding, data management, and coordinating communication campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive operational support to our internal technician team by tracking performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with programs and policies
- Enhance service delivery for our clients
- Review reports (mileage, missing receipts, timecards) and expenses (Amazon, p-card purchases) for accuracy and approval
- Track and assist with onboarding and offboarding of personnel while serving as contact point for new hire candidates
- Own programs and ordering for uniforms and tools, ensuring new hires have all needed resources
- Create, analyze, and maintain spreadsheet reports to compile and track operational and financial data for facilities
- Coordinate with the Communications team to create campaigns that align with account goals, culture, and client objectives
- Update and own account SharePoint site to ensure proper documentation organization and information sharing across teams
- Manage calendar and organize events for technical trade show recruiting, new store openings, store remodels, and team building events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical ability and detail oriented mindset
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
