About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager managing performance marketing campaigns for clients in finance and insurance. Collaborating with partners to strategize and optimize client marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • You take full responsibility for our clients' performance.
  • With a clear focus on measurable results, you manage campaigns and ensure our clients grow sustainably through your strategies.
  • You act as the central point of contact — both internally and externally.
  • You coordinate all relevant processes, lead communication with our clients, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and successfully.
  • You design, create and scale paid social campaigns — particularly on Facebook & Instagram.
  • With a feel for audiences, performance creatives and funnels, you elevate our clients' campaigns to the next level.
  • You regularly analyze and report the key KPIs of the ad accounts.
  • You know exactly which metrics matter — and derive clear actions to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • You are a driving force in the team and push innovation in performance marketing forward.
  • You share your knowledge and current trends with colleagues and continuously develop yourself — because you love what you do.
  • You continuously develop our service offering — both in terms of content and structure.
  • You contribute ideas on how we can further improve our processes, offerings and results for our clients — and implement them together with us.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment — and experience with the insurance, finance and real estate sectors.
  • You have solid knowledge of FB Ads, the Meta Business Suite and web analytics — tracking, reporting & optimization are part of your daily work.
  • You think analytically and data-driven, while also being creative: you understand numbers as well as target audiences.
  • You have a good sense for compelling creatives and hands-on experience in creative design, and you know how successful ad creatives must be structured.
  • Funnel strategies are not a buzzword for you: you plan, design and optimize entire customer journeys — from ad click to lead.
  • You are familiar with page builders such as Perspective and know how landing pages convert.
  • You are strong in client and internal communication — confident, clear and solution-oriented.
  • You have experience managing multiple projects or clients in parallel while keeping an overview.
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken, are required.
