Responsibilities
Define and execute Sensory Design's growth strategy across key products (Alteryon, Feelkits, and other services)
Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels (B2B, partnerships, digital campaigns, outbound)
Collaborate with the founder and creative/AI teams to refine value propositions and positioning
Track performance metrics, optimise conversion rates, and manage pipeline growth
Contribute to revenue generation directly (hands-on approach, not only strategic)
Support future expansion and spin-off of Sensory Design within our ecosystem
Requirements
Proven experience in growth marketing, business development, or sales for tech, SaaS, or creative AI solutions
Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action
Ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results
Fluency in English (Italian and/or German are a plus)
Familiarity with early-stage environments and performance-based structures
