Responsibilities

  • Managing the store team, focusing on driving sales and maximizing store profitability
  • Providing industry-leading service and training your team to excel in sales
  • Ensuring that company standards are maintained while following guidelines
  • Leading, Training and Developing internal staff and promoting progression within the group
  • Maintaining high visual standards according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

  • Retail Management experience
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT skills- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
