Project Leader focusing on TGA HLSK projects within STF Energy's diverse engineering projects. Leading project teams for public building construction and ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be a Building Services (TGA) Project Leader with a focus on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Sanitary systems (HLSK) within our STF Energy business unit, leading various large-scale building services projects.
Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/day-care centers, residential buildings, office buildings, food retail stores and hotels.
Coordination – Using your expertise and ideas, you take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure implementation of the client’s requirements, and manage the project team to guarantee smooth execution and on-time completion.
Communication – You are the primary contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
Control – You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, handle project controlling, and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally you have experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of them.
Additionally, you bring a solid foundation with the following points:
You hold a degree in an engineering discipline—ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services, or a comparable field—or you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination.
You demonstrate respectful interpersonal skills and strong communication, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are competent with common MS Office applications and open to learning new tools.
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, very good written and spoken German skills are required.
Important note: a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.
