Responsibilities
Ensure our customers receive the best possible service each time they visit your store.
Assist in maximizing store profitability by exceeding your sales targets and utilizing the in-store devices
Maintain and improve the level of customer service.
Acknowledge customers and maintain a consistent awareness of the customers need for attention.
Select the appropriate stock for the customer and direct to or bring alternatives as applicable.
Make the customer aware of new stock or of stock that he/she may require in the future.
Ensure that the standard of service given encourages the customer to return soon.
Attend to and sell to as many customers as possible.
Deal with and sell to more than one customer at a time as circumstances require and work with the team to ensure all customers are attended to.
Become familiar with the layout of all stock presented and held to maximize sales.
Ensure any up to date promotion and presentation of stock is carried out as directed.
Assist in maintaining standards on the shop floor and keep stock clean and presentable at all times.
Replenish stock levels when needed, making sure the full size range is on the shop floor where possible.
Ensure that product is priced correctly.
