About the role

  • Sales Manager handling inbound leads at Design Offices in München. Focusing on lead qualification and customer account management, fostering collaborative team success.

Responsibilities

  • Independently handle and qualify incoming leads across multiple channels.
  • Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals and close contracts using the DO.Sales method.
  • Manage and further develop key existing accounts in coordination with the General Manager.
  • Participate in client events and networking activities to generate leads.
  • Work closely with Key Account Management and support sales strategy initiatives.
  • Record your sales activities in the CRM system and produce regular reports.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in inbound sales or ideally at Design Offices.
  • Strong market and competitor knowledge and a good sense for trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability and a strong closing orientation.
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and willingness to travel occasionally for business or events.
