- Operations Senior Analyst providing analytical and administrative support to military advisory roles at JANUS Research Group. Involves managing taskings and product compliance across DOM divisions in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
- Provides analytical, operational, and administrative support to DOM leadership
- Manages synchronization of taskings, deliverables, and staffing actions across all DOM divisions
- Tracks suspense and reviews products for quality and compliance
- Supports production of AROC/JROC, SPAR, and POM materials
- Coordinates meeting schedules, metrics, and decision briefs for senior leader review
- Serves as the central point of contact for DOM reporting, workflow, and SharePoint management
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of HQDA staff and interactions
