Own and manage your assigned territory like a business, strategically plan routes, and maximize face-to-face engagement.
Attend local business events, expos, and chamber of commerce functions to represent Jani-King and generate leads.
Secure qualified, high-value appointments for the sales team, ensuring decision-maker engagement.
Requirements
Prior sales, prospecting, canvassing, or business development experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity-based goals and performance metrics (calls, visits, appointments set)
Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach — both phone and face-to-face
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable style
Proven ability to manage a territory independently and maintain structured daily activity
Experience using a CRM system to track activity and pipeline performance a plus
Highly motivated, organized, self-starter with strong follow-through
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance coverage for daily travel
