Responsibilities
Owns and continually evolves the implementation strategy, delivery methodology and project workflows used to implement JANA’s products
Creates best practices and workflows that make the implementation journey smooth and streamlined
Collaborates with Product, Software, Operations, Client Experience, and Risk Strategies
Collects insights to design processes that work in real-world scenarios
Champions a culture of collaboration
Builds comprehensive documentation for internal teams and clients
Develops training resources for consistent, high-quality client interactions
Defines and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Drives decision-making with data and feedback
Leads innovation initiatives to improve the client journey
Oversees day-to-day activities of Process Specialists and Project Managers
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in a STEM field
5+ years software implementation experience working as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager or equivalent role
3+ years leadership experience including leading technical subject matter experts
Strong background in PMBOK, waterfall, agile and change management methodologies
Experience designing or scaling software delivery frameworks or operating models
Passion for process, quality, and continuous improvement
PMP certification preferred
