Responsibilities
Owning and driving success of customer projects as defined by our customers
Participating in project reviews, managing disposition of issues and project scope changes
Managing project plans and dashboards
Reviewing team project work tasks with objectives to stay on time and on budget
Providing status and progress reviews and conducting risk management analysis as required
Proactively seeking advice and support from client Project Sponsor and PMO office as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses
At least 5 years of direct experience in a full-time Project Management and/or Scrum Master role with a proven record of success
Consulting experience helpful
Certification in Scrum Master role required (CSM) - advanced level certification preferred.
SAFe 5 or 6 certification preferred - experience leading SAFe teams will be taken in lieu of certification
Experienced in ServiceNow for activity tracking, reporting, and dashboards
Experienced in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams and customers
Experienced in reports and metrics for Scrum Teams, e.g. burn-down charts
Able to balance critical issue resolution and competing priorities
Interested in further growth opportunities and training in Project Management capabilities and methods
Strong communication skills - able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors
