About the role

  • Scrum Master facilitating Agile teams within Customer Care. Supporting delivery teams focused on customer servicing capabilities across multiple products and journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support Agile teams by ensuring they follow Scrum principles
  • Remove obstacles and enhance team collaboration
  • Facilitate Scrum events and promote continuous improvement
  • Act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders
  • Ensure quality of ceremony artefacts and continuous customer value

Requirements

  • Expertise in Agile frameworks and best practices
  • Skills in conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and team empowerment
  • Proven history of building trust with a team and stakeholders
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint reviews, Retrospectives
  • Demonstrate ability to balance Scrum processes with flexibility to meet project needs
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
