Responsibilities

  • Contribute to B2B marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Create and execute LinkedIn-focused, multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads
  • Translate complex IT and delivery capabilities into clear business outcomes
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end: awareness → MQL → SQL → sales handoff
  • Track and optimize KPIs (engagement, leads, conversion, pipeline impact, ROI)
  • Build dashboards, analyze performance, and run experiments to improve results
  • Support sales with business-focused messaging, collateral, and case studies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, consulting, or IT services
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn content and campaigns (organic & paid)
  • Proven ability to create business-oriented, value-driven marketing, not just awareness
  • Solid understanding of IT services, delivery models, and how technology creates business value
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with CRM, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Experience with AI tools to scale content creation and optimization
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Senior-level ownership, positive, proactive, team-first attitude
