About the role

  • People Services Administrator responsible for HR processes and onboarding of new starters in a centralized functions. Collaborating with managers and supporting various HR administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Administering a variety of HR processes in the colleague lifecycle
  • Effective onboarding of new starters
  • Producing and sending employment contracts
  • Updating people systems
  • Providing managers with guidance and support of the onboarding process
  • Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as contract changes and providing references
  • Supporting the administration of benefits and collating HR data
  • Reporting to the People Services Operations Manager
  • Working closely with the talent team and managers across the business

Requirements

  • Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service mindset, ensuring a professional, supportive, and pragmatic approach
  • Team player able to collaborate confidently with stakeholders
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to communicate effectively- written and verbal, and have a good telephone manner
  • Organised and able to prioritise own workload effectively
  • Ability to adapt, reprioritise and thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Delivery-focused and capable of operating to deadlines
  • Desirable: Experience of working in an HR or shared service function
  • CIPD level 3 or above, or working towards a qualification
  • Experience of using Dayforce and Zendesk, and other HR / People systems
  • Experience of working with onboarding processes
